This policy applies to all information collected within the Phoenix Sepsis Calculator app for iPhone or iPad.
Information saved
Settings of the Phoenix Sepsis Calculator app are stored locally on your mobile device. These settings consist of the default units to use for each variable that has multiple possible units.
The user entered assessment data can be saved to a file on your device by pressing Save on the Export page of the app. You can then press the Share button to share this file via another app, such as through email, or saved as a file on your device in a location you specify.
This application is fully functional with no network connectivity. At no time other than the two cases above is data saved, shared, or transmitted to another party in this application.
Information usage
We have no access to any data you collect and we do not collect information on nor track your usage of this application.
